I will preface this by saying I have received my money back and refused any chance for the stylist to try correct this. I had a hair cut at hair on the boulevard last week. I’m 8 months postpartum and returning to work and just wanted a trim and my curtain bangs cut back in. What I was left with has destroyed my confidence. First time going to this salon for my hair to be thinned out, my hair was completely hacked at and now I’ve had to cut almost 3 inches of length off my hair as the ends are so thin and wispy. When I called the salon I was informed by a very rude manager ( Tricia) that it was a senior that did my hair and given an apology without any offer to remedy the situation as my hair had already been cut before they could see it.
