I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Hair On The Boulevard. At my first appointment, I was very clear that my goal was to blend my greys and soften the regrowth so I could grow my natural colour out without a harsh demarcation line. Unfortunately, that is not what I feel I walked away with. I returned to the salon because I was unhappy with the result. I wanted to get my hair dyed for the first time, so I was nervous and I wasn't sure what I exactly wanted. I sent through some inspo pics, and the first time they did it, it was slightly different to what I was hoping for, so I messaged them to ask if it could be closer to the inspo picture and they responded back right away and they were willing to do it for me at no cost.
