Did a little spontaneous booking as I felt my hair was looking dull, fully embracing the tired mum era. The girls are HOTB got me in right away and now I can’t stop looking at my hair I knew I needed something but not sure exactly what/ if what I liked would suit me. The girls were so knowledgeable and gave me more than I expected, not only does my hair look refreshed but my whole complexion looks better and I didn’t have to sell a kidney for it!! Thank you ladies so much I will decently be back.
Burnt my hair off here, so I've never been back.. had a new stylist n what a shame that was..no I didn't go back to complain as the manager who sits in the area is defensive when complaints arise..usually the manager checks your hair when your at the washbasin but the day my hair was burnt off she never came..they would've been well aware as it would've been coming off in the basin..as soon as I got home I could see the clear overlap with a chemical cut, as explained by another hairdresser I saw for trims afterwards. I've been coming on and off for almost 10 years, and each time leave feeling a million bucks! The girls are kind, informative and just brilliant at what they do. The drinks menu is such a sweet touch and the salon is always a vibrant and welcoming place.
