She ruined my hair, she didn't listen carefully to my brief, she just went on a thinning scissor rampage. I went away shocked, she yelled at me justifying her horrible haircut
Very disappointing experience. The hairdresser appeared tired and made repeated negative comments about my hair in front of other customers, without offering any solutions or professional advice. The haircut itself took no more than 10 minutes, and basic care was lacking — my hair wasn’t even brushed away from my face afterward. Overall, the service was unprofessional and did not meet reasonable expectations.
