I’ve been seeing Heather for about two years for back, shoulder and neck pain. She does a great job with focusing on those areas to help manage chronic headaches as well. The regular schedule of seeing her once a month has done wonders for me. The atmosphere is great and very relaxing. I highly recommend if you need some muscle work for a specific area or time or for longer term management!
Heather is fantastic at focusing each appointment on what I need worked on the most for that day and adjusts pressure based on my input. She does thorough, targeted deep tissue massage that considers addressing the areas that are creating the tightness/pain rather than just massaging the area that’s tight.
