Out of a limb I called today and asked if they had any openings for the day; a lady said they had a cancellation at 2:30 and confirmed my appointment. I showed up 5 minutes early and was told the stylist would be with me shortly. I sat there for 30 minutes without word from anyone, no explanation on if the previous appointment was running a little longer than anticipated. Nothing. It’s rude and unprofessional. I left after 30 minutes and got a call 5 minutes later.
I love how they dod my daughter's hair!
