It was my first time going to this salon and I'm glad I did! The stylist asked specific questions about the cut I wanted when I showed a reference photo. She went section by section to make sure she understood (and she said "at the ear" instead of x amount of inches, which was great because it was easier to visualize). She didn't try to deviate from what I wanted because it was more masculine on a woman, and I got exactly what I asked for. 5/5 stars, strongly recommend - especially if you're going for shorter hair. I first met Darlene and Charlotte when offered a free hair styling upon moving to Windsor,CT...little did I realize how this would change my life AND appearance. After making an appointment for a haircut with Charlotte, I was very pleased and set a time to have my color/highlights done...WOW! When I arrived home, my husband said my hair had NEVER looked better...and perhaps he should have Charlotte do his hair!?
