The service caused physical damage. The salon used excessive heat, which damaged my hair. I requested a refund and they refused. The "fix" resulted in more unwanted and unnecessary loss of hair. Not to mention she said that she didn’t fully cut all the dead ends at the first appointment because then my hair would have been really short. Insinuating, that the fried strands of hair were already there. I go to Pauline for a haircut every two weeks comes out perfect every time I've been coming here for over 10 years and I've never had a bad haircut she also does pedicures and manicures she does it all perfect every time!
