Love the haircut she did such an amazing job!
EVERY SINGLE APPT, a reschedule. Then, this round can visibly see she cut corners and a root highlight touch up for almost 200 is EXACTLY as it was upon arrival. Full untouched roots of highlight, then won't answer door, or phone? Believes she took advantage of a kid? She was talented, but unprofessional and cutting corners. We were bringing people to her originally for her talents till the pattern worsened. Then when employees of a bank stated they quit going to her for the same reasons.
