My husband went in to get a consultation on his locs, she informed him that she was capable of doing the necessary maintenance that was needed for his locs. When I saw the “work “ she did on his hair I was appalled, she slathered his hair with whatever she used for the so called retwist (which he did not want, only the maintenance)and left the locs hanging that needed the maintenance, that was not professional, you charged him for making a mockery of his head! Amazing experience from start to finish! Taye understands how to provide quality service.! she understands textures and will take her time to teach you about YOUR hair. I am super tender headed and terrified of getting my hair combed out from prior experiences elsewhere but she did not disappoint. No pulling and tugging! She took her time to detangle my hair and treat it in a comfortable way. It was my first silk press and I will certainly be back!!

0/10 don’t recommend, communication SUCKS !! There’s no booking site and you have to go through a middle person in order to get an appointment. I called on Friday 11/7 to do a walk-in for a wash and set, gave this person all my contact info, just to not be contacted to this day 11/13.
