I’m extremely disappointed with how unprofessionally this salon handled my appointment. I booked my appointment well in advance and even confirmed it, yet because I didn’t respond to the stylist within five days with details about my hair and inspiration photos, my appointment was canceled and given to someone else. What makes this especially frustrating is that my appointment was still more than two weeks away, which gave me plenty of reasonable time to send inspiration photos and explain exactly what I was looking for.
