I got a keratin treatment done here about a week ago and although the salon itself and staff are very nice, the treatment didn’t do anything to make my hair smoother. I’m very disappointed that after spending over $200 and waiting three days to wash my hair that it’s almost the exact same as it was before. Maybe it was the product or because my hair wasn’t fully saturated with it, but I still have to flat iron my hair multiple times a day due to the humidity and the texture feels the same. I love Lakyn! She is the first hairstylist I have gone to religiously! She always brings my hair visions to life! She’s an amazing stylist and hair colorist.
Lakyn is definitely my new favorite stylist! She always is so friendly and kind and does amazing with my curly/wavy hair. Have never had any problems here, parking, paying, scheduling, etc. everything's always been super easy and accessible for me.
So rare to see a business with a near-perfect 5 stars, but it is well earned. My wife, son, and I are all enthusiastic customers. Elizabeth runs an excellent business, with a very down-to-earth vibe and a consistently fantastic experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and all of the stylists are excellent (I've had each of them at least once because I'm a monster and am always looking for a haircut within 24 hours.)
