I messed up trimming my beard and rolled in here to see if they could fix it. When sat down The Stylist (Marie), asked me about my full head of long, curly hair was quick to offer suggestions and advice. I've always been anxious getting it cut and styled because I've had it screwed up more times than not. But, she convinced me, and I was not disappointed. Good hair cuts, but never a walkin appointment available without a long wait. Its always 1-2 hours. It would be great if they would try to block off a little time for people. 4 months and I could not get a walkin now with out a 1 hour or more wait.
Show up 7 min after an appointment time and the won't take you.....What a joke I once waiter over 20 past my appointment time at this place. Never coming back again. ---update on vista from 2026. I had an appointment at 12:00 PM and arrived early at 11:40 AM, which I was completely fine with waiting for. However, another customer who arrived late at 12:10 PM was taken in and served immediately. After waiting until 12:25 PM without being helped, I ended up walking out. The place is clean and some ladies are kind. A couple said hi, how ya doing and more as I walked in. They offer ya a drink. Then say will be right with ya. I asked how long is the wait. It would be a bit, the the African-American girl with all the tatoos said she could squeeze me in real fast. She asked what I wanted done and after that, didn't speak to me.
