Absolutely trash. Made an appointment for 10:30 today, YESTERDAY, get there 10 minutes early, and their accepting walk ins before my appointment, left after waiting almost 20 minutes!
When I came here in March, I told the stylist, Nubian, I was trying to let it grow out and she proceeded to cut all the length. So, for my appt today, I added a note to the comments, KEEP LENGTH, THIN ONLY.. When I sat down, Olivia asked me what I wanted today, I said KEEP THE LENGTH, AND ONLY THIN IT OUT. She immediately took out clippers and took a huge divot out of one side of my hair.. Now she has to even everything out! So, this it twice I said keep the length and I was ignored.
