My husband made appt at 4;30, but lady went ahead and took a walk-in customer (who arrived after 4:30) ahead of him. He had to be somewhere at 5. Didn't even get his haircut until after 5. I had to call and reschedule his other appt. He was quite upset and should have said something or just walked out. Just not right.
