Let me start by saying Lori is one of the most amazing stylists I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is a genuine artist. That being said, Lori's temporary replacement is the complete opposite, not just professionally, but personally. She had to redo my mother's hair today after completely botching it a week prior. I’m very disappointed in my cut. She cut Chunks out where they don’t belong. And the sides are worse. I wish I didn’t pay for this horrible job.
