I was disappointed with my visit. The hair color I asked for was not achieved, and the result was quite different from what I expected. The consultation didn’t fully reflect my request, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I think there is room for improvement in both communication and coloring skills.

Update: Still feel the same way as I did before. Today I went in with another hairstyle in mind and again she did a fantastic job. I can't say enough. We love getting our hair done here. She is consistent and you see that she enjoys what she does. My daughter and I have been here twice. I love how meticulous she is. The way I wanted my hair was different than she cut it, but she took the time before hand to explain why it needed to be cut a little differently. She knew best so I completely understood. I can't say enough. We love getting our hair done here. She is consistent and you see that she enjoys what she does. My daughter and I have been here twice. I love how meticulous she is. The way I wanted my hair was different than she cut it, but she took the time before hand to explain why it needed to be cut a little differently. She knew best so I completely understood. I can always tell if my hair was cut correctly by how's grows out. We definitely will keep go here.
