I’ve been visiting this place since last summer, and overall, it’s been a good experience—until yesterday. On March 6 at 11 AM, I had a head spa appointment with Mandy, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. During the massage, she applied lotion in a way that kept getting into my eyes, and the water temperature fluctuated between extremely hot and freezing cold, making the experience uncomfortable and even painful at times. Caroline rocks. She was so professional and extremely nice. She pampered me and relaxed me. From the facial to the neck chest and arm massage and hair and scalp massage - everything was great. And when it was over she sat me up and massaged my back which was a complete surprise. I will definitely return. Coming back next week, week of Jan 27, not sure what day hopefully Caroline will be available
I drove all the way from Baton Rouge just to experience the magic of headicure. My goodness it did not disappoint. Truly the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had and I’d probably go weekly if I lived closer. First, my hair and scalp were analyzed and they made recommendations for hair products to suit my needs. My fiance and I both got the ultimate headicure treatment. Overall, this was a great experience. Pros: very relaxing service, good products used (Purology, Dyson hair dryers, etc), friendly staff, great value. Cons: the environment was not very private - there are 4 tables right next to each other with a sheer curtain separating the tables at the foot area.
