I had a walking appointment and was welcomed in immediately. I was interested in a massage and a quick hair treatment. The massage was not relaxing, besides the lady had nails that left scratch marks on my shoulders and back. The hair massage was ok. Overall it was not a great experience. Not terrible but not great either.
Great experience, very relaxing and my scalp is cleaner than it’s ever been. I had Winnie she was awesome
Amazing and very relaxing place. Everybody is so kind and you won’t walk out disappointed. The headicures are incredible and the ginger treatment for your scalp works wonders. And the prices are not bad either. I think it’s very worth the money. My scalp and hair feel rejuvenated every time I walk out of there. It’s a very relaxing, quiet, and good place to decompress. I’ve been visiting this place since last summer, and overall, it’s been a good experience—until yesterday. On March 6 at 11 AM, I had a head spa appointment with Mandy, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. During the massage, she applied lotion in a way that kept getting into my eyes, and the water temperature fluctuated between extremely hot and freezing cold, making the experience uncomfortable and even painful at times.
