No words to describe...One of the worst cuts ever! Had a well known professional in Toronto look at the mess she did and he was speechless, saying there is No excuse for what she did. He is brilliant with hair & on tv regularly. He will be cutting my hair from now on!
First off, I’d like to say Michelle is a rockstar. She is professional, kind, detail oriented and extremely talented. She spent 5 hours on my hair fixing a nightmare a previous salon did. My hair turned out better than I could have imagined. During our consultation, we went through dozens of photos showing what colour and cut I wanted.
