It took just minutes to realize Chrissy is personal and professional when caring for personal hair care needs. She answered all of my questions and explained details. She enjoys what she does!
Some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. They have no one working the phone so if you want any human interaction for them to answer specific questions good luck. I spoke to the owner and expressed my frustration and was met with "do YOU own a business?!" Very unprofessional, dont waste your time.
I have been struggling with hair loss since I was only 21 years old. I have tried everything: vitamins, Rogaine, Laser helmet, and a plethora of topical ointments. My hair loss got to the point where I couldn't wear my hair down. Chrissy is phenomenal! I came across her business in early 2020 when I was experiencing hair loss. She was kind and honest and we decided the best approach would be to try XTC products. I had wonderful results. After a few years of having my hair back I experimented with other products on the market that were less expensive. I finally had enough and am back to XTC.
