My experience with Elaine has been amazing. She was very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions about stem cell hair therapy. I came in with concerns about thinning hair (I have genetic hair thinning problems from both my parents). The entire process from the consultation to each session was smooth and seamless. After several sessions, I'm amazed by the new hair growth. It's thicker than ever and the thin areas are unnoticeable. I'm so much more confident and am so glad I went with Damo. Highly recommend.
rude customer service from lady manager from Buena Park office. Not recommend this place.
The people who work here are very kind and welcoming. My daughter went for the three month treatment and she began to lose less hair and the back of her scalp got thicker in a short amount of time. The shampoo they sell really helped decrease oily scalp. Overall their service is excellent and efficient with their time.
Poor customer service ! Asking $100 for initial checkup just one day before appointment. wasting my time !
I'd been losing hair for a while so I tried many supplements such as oil treatment, rogaine, minoxidil over a few years. But it didn't work for me at all.
