Told the stylist to cut the side long enough to cover my skin. He cut it too short. The final cut was not bad as a whole but he could've listened to the request.

I thought I had booked an appointment with the owner, John, at 1:30 pm. However, when I arrived, John was not there, and I was asked to wait until 1:48 pm. Before coming to San Mateo, I had a great haircut. My shoulder-length hair had beautiful layers and felt light and natural. I only asked to have about 2 inches trimmed off.
