Crystal was fabulous! She took the time to understand what I wanted and also shared her opinion. She colored my roots, did a partial highlight and cut my hair. My hair looks great!

Women with curly/wavy hair know what a blessing it is to find someone adept at cutting it and Joan is that person! My mom has been going to the Hair Loft - in Molly's great care - for at least 15 years. While visiting, I impulsively asked if I could get a hair cut and they squeezed me in. Bear in mind, I have been cutting (hacking) at my hair myself for about 6 years.
