Carrie you are simply the best. You stay on top of trends, I am grateful for your suggestions. The highlights are amazing. She made me feel young, I needed a change. Not used to such an amazing new look. I got lots of compliments. The colour of the highlights are nice and so well blended. Absolutely amazing and trendy. Thank you Carrie.

Haircut was OK, but colouring/highlights weren't so good. The stylist was juggling multiple customers, which isn't a problem when the dye is drying, but at one point, an assistant washed my hair and left me to sit there with cold hair while waiting for my stylist to return. They really could have timed it better. In some spots, the highlights were at least 1.5 to 2 inches from the root - at other salons, the stylists do a better job to get closer to the roots.
