Walked in for a haircut, a customer was leaving, looked pretty satisfied. Him and the stylist talked for a couple seconds before he left and the lady asked me what I wanted. I told her, one haircut please, and she told me to hold on. I said okay. She yelled a name and out from the back came this short lady with a man cut. Waited for more than 30 minutes and then was told by long hair woman the she can’t do zero haircut for kids. Super rude and unprofessional

Used to be a fan. Mai didn't even want to do flat top on me so I was referred to Hong. First time she did it real good. Second time less good said couldn't do as short on the top as I wanted. Most recent time was even less short on top and I said can you make it shorter she said could not. Even asked to square the sides and said the same thing! Never been to a barber shop where they insist on their way instead of listening to the customer!
