Waited for more than 30 minutes and then was told by long hair woman the she can’t do zero haircut for kids. Super rude and unprofessional

Used to be a fan. Mai didn't even want to do flat top on me so I was referred to Hong. First time she did it real good. Second time less good said couldn't do as short on the top as I wanted. Most recent time was even less short on top and I said can you make it shorter she said could not. Even asked to square the sides and said the same thing! Never been to a barber shop where they insist on their way instead of listening to the customer!
