The lady that helped me out today was so lovely and helpful! I needed some hair products as well as some braiding hair. She let me test out one of the products that they use to get a feel for what I was looking for. Plus everything was super organized and clean. Highly recommend this store!
THIS PLACE IS A GEM 💎✨ First time ever getting box braids and Cassandra 👏🏽 She educated me about my hair, was super honest, knows her products inside out, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Amazing vibes, amazing service, amazing results. HIGHLY recommend Konection Salon!! 💯🔥
My sister bought a lace front wig here and the quality is awful. A bunch of hair is missing from the back of it and you can see the tracks so it's completely unwearable. The lace is still fully intact. The customer service is awful, they're refusing to exchange or refund. Definitely won't be going here again.

On top of the great variety of quality wigs and products there the customer service is TOP-NOTCH. Latoya is such a sweetheart and answered all my questions and genuinely made me feel like I was talking to a friend and the same goes for Cassandra, these ladies genuinely care and it was so refreshing. This place is a hidden gem, I will definitely be back.
