I stopped visiting this salon when they stopped accepting telephone appointments and instead began directing customers to go online to book. There is an indication that you can call the salon to schedule if you have a problem with scheduling online. However, upon calling, the lady gave me attitude and also refused to book over the phone...Not friendly at all and guided by a arrogant tone. Dani is a really skilled hairstylist. Been coming here for quite some time now, I discovered Hair Karma on IG through Jaz, and I’ve been coming to them ever since. I usually go to Shy or Jaz, depending on which one of them is available for that weekend. It’s either crochet or braids for me, each stylist there does their own thing and they don’t disappoint! Every time I step in here, it reminds me of my childhood growin’ up—just black women vibin’ and gettin’ beautified. Me loves to see it every time! <3

I usually don’t care if a cut is not exactly what I wanted cause hair grows back. Sadly the experience I had here was that I gave two very specific and simple dos/fonts and both were ignored. I spent 2years growing my hair from completely shaved. It was my natural color and down to my shoulders. I love going to hair karma! The staff is always lovely, very professional and personable! I will continue to go to this shop as all the stylists are great at what they do and make all styles look amazing!
