I had a great experience with Pam. I was scarred 10 years ago with a hair dresser and always did my own hair with cuts and color. Box dye is sketchy when transitioning to professional. I was neverous. She took her time with explaining and the procedure it self. She was very cautious, caring, and patient. We stripped my hair back to the blonde and worked from there.
