Oh my gosh, you've got to go here! Though you need an appointment (just as well, keeps me from making those impulse hair disasters), you definitely get your money's worth, not to mention the talent. Jennifer was great, took ALL the time needed to address my concerns (I'm generally easy to please, but have some concerns with hair) and understood what my main issue was.
