Where do I even begin. On 04/16/14, I bought a flat iron and a curling iron, per my hairstylist's request. The lady at the counter with the penciled in eye brows helped me with the irons and she plugged them in to make sure they worked. I then went to the check out and paid for the items. When I got home I realized that the curling iron was not the size I needed. It was too big for my hair. I always have a great experience coming here. They always have what I need and if I have any questions or concerns, I can call them before I make the drive and there's always someone there willing to help with friendly customer service Also, the previous review I read is incorrect, I've been coming here since 2005 and they've never given refunds, only store credit. So please don't expect one here.
