Me and my friend went here today . I myself purchase a wig . The person that helped was very rude and had a nasty attitude. She needs to work on her customer service skills . All we was tryna to do was ask questions but she just had ajbnasty attitude. Next time I will go elsewhere
My friend and I visited Hair Joy this afternoon to make some purchases, but unfortunately, the customer service was subpar. My friend bought a wig, and I intended to do the same, but the young lady who assisted us was rude and dismissive. When I asked her questions, she seemed aggravated.
