An absolutely terrible salon. I paid $60 for a trim of my bangs and ends. The prices didn't match the price list, and no one could justify why they charged double. The service was extremely unprofessional. I gonna complain to Consumer Protection Ontario and CRA. It is simply outrageous—an act of blatant disrespect toward customers. They only accept cash and don't give receipt; they are nothing but scammers.

I’ve never made a complaint at a hair salon in my 50 years of life, but this was just too much. They dyed my hair so roughly that my scalp hurt, and the color didn’t even match—it’s two-toned. I can understand that mistakes can happen; this isn’t the first time something like that has occurred. But this is the first time my scalp has ever hurt this much. I dye my gray hair every 2–3 weeks, so my scalp is very important to me. Ahhh, my poor scalp… I’m so upset. They kept slathering on huge amounts of dye on my already irritat... read more
