Great cut and color, friendly people!!
Shop was clean and the owner was nice, but I was greatly disappointed with my cut. I went in for a "trim" of my waist length hair, wanting to keep as much as possible. The result: 3" difference in layers and large chunks missing. Now, after getting the problem "fixed" (elsewhere for obvious reasons) my hair is literally OVER a foot shorter. Rather upsetting.
