Literally waxed the skin off under my eyebrows the day before Thanksgiving and didn’t respond to messages about it...
Came for a walk in cut. The girl at the counter never gave us her name, but said she could cut my kids hair. Took an hour plus, due to the thick wavy hair. $40 later the kid hates the cut. now going elsewhere for a fix!
