came in to see about an updo for my wedding. they said they would get back to me because the day was one they aren't usually open. I get it, everyone deserves a day off. But I never got a call or message and I did expect that. Guess they didn't want any new clients.
They were so amazing and exactly what I needed! It has been a struggle to find a salon with hairstylists that listen and pay attention to what you want but Hair Ink delivered! Jenn was awesome and squeezed me in, I left happier with my haircut today than I have in years. I highly recommend them!
I love their new place, it is very welcoming and clean feeling :) I'm happy with my cuts and loved the color choices (I'm admittedly a difficult client because I never know what I want, or how to explain what I am thinking, cut or color choice 🤷♀️ i just sit in her chair and the rest is up to her, shes done my hair long enough now she knows what i dont like.Jenn has to decipher thru my explanations, I'm sure it isn't easy for her but she pulls it off everytime ! :)
