Jessica was wonderful, she did such a good job on my hair. She did excactly what I wanted occording to the pictures.. the best hair style ive had.. She was very nice and cater to my needs. Super wonderful to understand her while being a deaf person glad i could read her lips well❤

I would like a refund. I’ve had haircuts here in the past and have never had a problem with my haircut until this appointment. The stylist was rushing through my appointment because they had another appointment right after. When I called to make the appointment, I asked for a women’s cut and wash, I did not get a wash, thinking no big deal I can wash my hair after when I get home.
