I am only writing this to warn others! My daughter scheduled an appointment on her 16th birthday and requested a dye and hair trim. My sister went with her seeing as I was at work (it was on the Monday after Christmas break from school). The colour she asked for was “as dark brown as possible that is not black” This has been her colour for over a year and we went to this salon because someone had raved about it. Valentino is an excellent hairdresser with Over 25 years experience. I have gone to him for colour and cuts for 4 years. His work is impressive. Valentino works to meet the customers expectations.
