Don’t bother making an appointment. I had a 1:15 p.m. appointment with Tony and arrived early. I was first told the wait would be 20 minutes, then another 5 minutes after waiting 30 minutes, but after waiting 50 minutes past my appointment I still wasn’t seen. Delays happen, but repeatedly giving inaccurate wait times instead of an honest estimate is unacceptable. I left without receiving the service and they don’t seem apologetic about this at all.
I’ve been here a few times to get my hair done, and I’ve loved the results every time! I highly recommend Cicishe’s considerate, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping you achieve the hairstyle you want. Can’t wait to go back
My hairdresser went on vacation and won’t be back until fall. I checked on google map and chose Hair Image. My expectation wasn’t very high but Jay absolutely did above and beyond. It’s my first time get my haircut here by Jay! Highly recommend! He took time cutting my hair back to the bob style, getting the shape, trimming the extra and making layers… he treated my hair carefully and very detail-oriented. Great experience! Fair price! Will come back!
I rarely leave reviews, but I had to share my experience. Jay is incredibly passionate about his work, and it really shows. He’s amazingly fast, talented, and pays close attention to every detail. I got Japanese hair straightening along with a haircut, and my haircut turned out exactly the way I asked for. The whole experience was smooth, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a skilled and professional hairstylist!
