I Love, Love, Love Hair Illusions. Hands down the best service and salon experience I've ever had. For my first service, Penny Charmaine provided me with quality haircut/hairstyling service, she was super professional, and very, very knowledgeable. She is 💯% AMAZING! My experience is a 10/10. I HIGHLY recommend.

Penny is an experienced and talented stylist. She listens and then executes your vision. Penny is a beast with the scissors. Her salon is upscale and very comfortable. Trust me! You will not be disappointed.

It’s no doubt that I am a high maintenance client. I was serviced by the same stylist for 25+ years before the Covid-19 pandemic. Penny has been extremely patient with me over the past 8 months. She has listened to my every request and has gone above & beyond to please me. I would definitely recommend her. She takes great care of her clients and she takes pride in her craft!

I’ve been living in the Plainfield area for about 14 years. I traveled to Chicago for years to have my hair done before trying multiple salons in the area. None of them were a fit. I found Penny on Instagram. My experience was amazing! She is an impeccable stylist that cares about the hair being healthy. The salon is very relaxed, but yet very professional. I love it here!
