I arrived at 1:30 for my appointment and they said it would be a while as the stylist was still working on someone. They asked me when my appointment time was and I told them; they said it was 1:45. NOT! I waited 1/2 hour and the stylist came out and apologized for the delay. She did an excellent job on my hair however, and took the time to cut it exactly the way I wanted and was patient and friendly.
