It was great! I went in with hair in terrible shape and Mrs Lori did a fabulous job . It's the first time I haven't left a salon traumatized . They were great!
I went to Trisha to fix the orange tone in my hair and to have my roots done. I specifically asked for a toner to neutralize the brassiness and blend everything evenly. Unfortunately, the result wasn’t what I expected. My hair turned noticeably darker overall, and my roots still don’t blend well with the rest of my hair—it looks uneven. I did reach out to her about it, and she gave me a $50 refund out of the $100 I paid, which I appreciate.
