Very unprofessional. She tried to reschedule for a Tuesday for a Wednesday. Mind you she hit me last minute on a Monday! But since school starts Aug 1st I could not switch the days. Due to her "situation" I agreed with the time change for Tuesday. She stated it wouldn't be until 2:00 which was fine. She then texted me at 2:08 saying she's at work and couldn't leave yet. I really don't know where to start... the service I received for myself and my daughter was top-tier!!I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have definitely found my new hairstylist. You can tell she has a passion for what she does and she's dang good at it. I couldn't believe how fast she did our hair not only was she fast she was kind, professional and informative. One of the best hairstylist I've ever been to. I absolutely love my hair. You would have to see it to believe it book your appointment!
This beautiful Lady is definitely here to make the jewels in our crown shine brighter. She immediately responded to my inquiry to style my hair. She far exceeded my expectations with being punctual, professional, and price conscious. I missed the times of going to salon, having a heart to heart, and pure laughter with my stylist. She is not only fully equipped as a stylist, but one who can also nourish our whole being!
You did an amazing job! Love my bob! Will be using services again! I love how quickly she responded, how quickly she allowed me to book, and how flexible she was!
