I had my haircut and colored by Stephanie a few weeks ago and I have never had so many compliments on my hairstyle and the color of it in all my life. She's like a magician. You're not sure what she's doing at the time and then at the end. Tada! Let me start by saying Stephanie is nice person. With that being said, my service some start to finish was terrible, unorganized, and uncomfortable. I made it clear that the methods that were being used were methods I have never encountered receiving hair services. Such as, cotton at my roots while coloring, spraying hairspray in my hair before coloring because it was too silky, clips constantly falling out of my hair, things being dropped on the floor and then used in my hair.
