The ladies who work here are super sweet and made me feel at ease. My stylist did an awesome job with my cut and even washed and styled my hair which I didn't expect.
I was very sad to have such a negative experience here. I booked 2 weeks in advance to lighten and color my thick dark hair. I made sure to speak to my stylist specifically to make sure she knew the details. I used to be a stylist so I was very specific and let her know what to expect. When I arrived and she saw my hair she immediately said she didn't book enough time for this job. She asked if I could come the following Tuesday and she would be sure to book enough time this time.
