Simply a miracle worker! I have very difficult, fragile Scandinavian hair and was incredibly nervous about getting it straightened. to Hiro and Erika, thank you so much for taking care of me ^.^ I was advised to get my color correction done first and the Japanese straight perm later next month, and even still I walked out of the salon with a little more confidence they fixed my shoddy DIY dye and made my hair color more even, and my hair feels more "alive" after everything. Hero probably knows about your hair more than you do. You can build the trust with him after several visits and you follow his suggestions to get to your desired hairstyle. He can tell what treatment needs to be done without damaging your hair. Hero is always looking out for something new to improve his skills and services. He never disappoints the clients. I’ve seen Hero for 5 years and I cannot go to other hair stylist.
I had a wonderful experience at this Japanese hair salon in Plano. Erika did my haircut, root color retouch, and treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I was starting to notice some regrowth around my roots, but Erika blended the color so naturally that everything looks fresh and seamless.
