Unfortunately I had a poor experience today with some of the older women in the store. They weren’t interested at all in helping me and were quite rude. One lady openly burped as she walked by me. I won’t be returning
I visited Hair Health & Beauty Professional expecting a professional experience, but instead, I was treated with outright disrespect. When I asked a simple question about a product, the staff member responded by rolling her eyes and walking away without a word. I’ve never felt so ignored or unwelcome in a business before. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional—it’s completely unacceptable. This is by far the least professional store in the Bondi Junction area. Overall, a very unpleasant experience every time. I sincerely hope to find an alternative store as soon as possible, because I would not recommend this anyone.
DO NOT buy hair dryers or electrical products from this store. They refused to refund or exchange the damaged product even though it was brand new. Staffs were extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to stand there for 30 mins to ask for a number of the product's call centre, which they didn't have that was when they decided to exchange the product for me.
Effie was such a consummate professional. Super helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. Massive time saver: Effie works at the rear of the business fyi :)
