This is by far the least professional store in the Bondi Junction area. Overall, a very unpleasant experience every time. I sincerely hope to find an alternative store as soon as possible, because I would not recommend this anyone.

DO NOT buy hair dryers or electrical products from this store. They refused to refund or exchange the damaged product even though it was brand new. Staffs were extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to stand there for 30 mins to ask for a number of the product's call centre, which they didn't have that was when they decided to exchange the product for me.

Effie was such a consummate professional. Super helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. Massive time saver: Effie works at the rear of the business fyi :)

Disappointing and unprofessional. I would not shop here again as a member of the public. I asked for help for a shampoo colour rinse for my 8 year old daughter, who was going to a special K-Pop party. We planned to dye her hair the night before she went to her Dad’s and she was so excited. Had been talking about it all week. I asked for help, as the store is confusing if you are not a hairdresser.
