I had a disappointing experience here. I accidentally mixed up my appointment date, and when I came in, I was told it was the day before which I understand was my mistake. However, the way it was communicated felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. A little kindness would have gone a long way. Because of this interaction, I won’t be returning and will be going to Buttercreek Salon instead.
I found my forever stylist! Heather is the GOAT! Best face wax, no redness, brows shaped perfectly, got me right in! Went back for color, cut and style, needing her to make me beautiful and I just love it
Heather is fantastic and my vivid color hair always turns out amazing! She's so sweet and works with you to give you what you want and she's the only person I trust to do my hair and for a good price
Switching stylists can be a little scary. Having said that, Heather made me feel at ease and confident in her capabilities. My haircut is just how I asked her to copy from a 30 year old photo on my phone gallery. She gave me ideas and suggestions before doing anything. I'm looking forward to my future color appointment! ☺️
The people there are helpful very courteous pay attention to what you want and give you that decently priced as well it's like a family experience when you go in there
