Their hours online and on the door say they're open til 6 but I showed up at 5 on Friday and they're closed so not sure what the actual hours are. Seems like a primetime for haircuts

I just moved to the area. I called and Donovan answered the phone. Had an appt the next day. I needed a color redo and cut. Donovan is a gold standard hair stylist. I’m very happy. I highly recommend. My color and cut looks amazing.

My daughter came across this salon while doing a Google search and scheduled herself an appointment. I was thrilled when I heard, as she continues to develop more independance so I chose to support this. It was a horrible experience for both of us. Upon our arrival, Donovan, who was sitting at the front reception desk, glanced at us and asked who we were there to see, and who the appointment was for. He then asked us to sit and wait. While I was not happy with the cut I received the owner (Steve) reached out to me. He was friendly, and empathetic to the way I felt. He offered to have my hair re-cut in the style that I wanted. I was not inclined to do so, as Hair Guitar is not very close to where I live, so he gave me a refund. I have to say that customer service at Hair Guitar is top notch, and they really do want you to be happy with you cut. I will probably return, and give them another chance.
