Avoid this store at all costs. They sell bad quality, stale, overpriced hair that dries out in 1 day! The hair I bought cannot be revived. Worst hair Ever. To make matters worse. They have horrible customer service. When I called, they wouldn’t even agree look at the hair to examine the condition before telling me that they can’t do anything about it. I visited here for the first time last Friday, coming from Mississauga. The staff was pleasant but not welcoming. After trying on several wigs and specifically asking the staff for a particular color; I was surprised when I got back home to see it was not the color that I had requested. I immediately called the store and was told they had to speak with the owner; the staff did call back promptly but told me I could not return it if I had cut the tag off. I Wanted to like this place but the product selection and customer service is lacking. The first time I went into this shop back in 2020 I wanted to buy a detangling brush that is similar to the new EZ detangler brush. The brush in the store was not packaged and had no price on it or on the shelf. That’s how they slyly rip you off! I asked for the price and was told it was $13 dollars, but when I go to other bs stores I see the same damn brush for less than half that price. I love this place. One time I went and couldn't decide which wig to get. The salesperson who helped me was patient, understanding, and answered all of my basic ssa questions! Even though I left without making a purchase, I'll soon be back. I'm getting my hair done tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon and know I can get the bundles I need in the morning.
