I tried to return an item that my daughter mistakenly picked up that is not for her hair type. She has type 2C curls and this product is for braids, cornrows, etc. The receipt was on its 7th day which it states you can exchange during that time.the product came unsealed so I was told that unsealed products can't be returned but it was like that originally🫤the girl at the counter tried to imply that the product looked used.
