I had a fair experience but very unfortunate to see all the poor reviews regarding customer service. The owner should address this immediately instead of making excuses. The community wants to support a black-owned business; do better.
Customer service does not exist here. I came all the way from Scarborough for a specific item that was on their website. Greeted them with good morning how are you and received attitude. I asked about the item show on their website they said they don't have it in stock in any size. Without checking? Also when asked when they would get it in stock again no response. Store wasn’t too bad but it was expensive and the staff was very unwelcoming and unfriendly, the cashier acted like we were disturbing her by just being there.
Experience wasn’t bad, but it could have been better. I suggested this store to my mom as she was looking for 2 human hair wigs for her vacation. A coworker told me about this place and that they were black-owned, and Im always happy to support. We drove down from Markham to take a look. My mom found 2 human hair wigs she really liked, however, they were both on the mannequin head so they were already used. My mom tried them on and really liked them.
