I tried to return an item that my daughter mistakenly picked up that is not for her hair type. She has type 2C curls and this product is for braids, cornrows, etc. The receipt was on its 7th day which it states you can exchange during that time.the product came unsealed so I was told that unsealed products can't be returned but it was like that originally🫤the girl at the counter tried to imply that the product looked used. I was scammed! I bought $700 dollars worth of "Raw Vietnamese Hair". As soon as I went to install it, the girl told me it wasn't human hair. I did not believe her, but as soon as I gave it a clarifying shampoo 1. It shed chemicals 2. It lost the form, 3. Till this day that hair TANGLES and nothing works. 4. It doesn't straighten even though I bought straight hair? Pretty disappointed, I do not recommend!
I’m from Ottawa but I stumbled upon this place on instagram and decided to try it out on my next Toronto trip. Onika and Nikita are AMAZING. Not only were they extremely patient with answering all my questions but they genuinely took their time to show me what i needed. Theres an insane range of bundles and even nail products. I would 100% recommend to anyone especially if you’re like me and are a slow shopper 😅 Thank you ladies for helping me choose my next install <3
