I felt the person who picked up was very very rude! I just called in to ask about the treatment and gave my name I felt as soon as she heard me , she said she has no availability for entire week . I was okay to wait for availability and realizing that she soon said I don’t have time for next 2 months (without even taking a second) Hate to think about the real reason . Hope she was really that busy

These reviews are biased! I had written a negative review 2 years ago which is no longer published. How can you trust this rating if selective reviews are allowed to be deleted? I had gone to Grace for a few years. What I didn't like was her unwillingness to give me the 20% discount that she offers when you refer a new customer to her. Why have a promotion that you don't want to make good on? I also witnessed her turning a Black woman away saying that she doesn't know how to work with that kind of hair. this is highly recommended service, they helped me for new hair style, warm & sweet, very clean place, affordable price. I will definitely visit again.
