I already have such a great impression of Hair Gems and Carlon, even before sitting in her chair! I had a family emergency come up involving my grandmother, and Carlon was incredibly understanding, kind, and reassuring about rescheduling my appointment for another time. I can honestly say I came in needing a miracle. My hair was matted beyond and when I say she did her thang. SHE DID HER THANG.🥰🥰 She gave me so much knowledge on my hair and made me feel soooo comfortable and didn't shame me for letting it get so bad. She is everything you look for in a stylist.
