I drove up from Suffolk because the beauty supply options near me are limited, and lately the customer service has been disappointing. I received a piece of clothing from this location from a family member for the holidays. I needed to exchange it for a smaller size. And I did not receive a gift receipt. They would not assist me. They would not help and said that. It was just their store policy as a customer. You should ask your clients if they need a gift receipt for the holidays. I used to support this beauty store. I will never come back here again!
